Starting from October 1st, passengers boarding the train will no longer be provided with paper reimbursement documents. Starting from October 1, 2025, the national railway passenger transport sector will fully use electronic invoices, and passengers boarding the train from October 1st will no longer be provided with paper reimbursement documents. Passengers can apply for electronic invoices through Railway 12306, station ticket windows, or self-service ticket machines within 180 days from the end of the trip or the date of ticket refund or change.
