According to the QiChaCha APP, Gongcheng Aggregated Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Yang Yinglan as the legal representative. Its business scope includes power generation, power transmission, power supply; wind power generation technology services; centralized rapid charging stations; contract energy management; and sales of charging piles. QiChaCha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Xiehe Wind Power Investment Co., Ltd. and National Electric Power Investment Group Co., Ltd.'s wholly-owned subsidiary, National Electric Investment Group Hunan Energy Development Co., Ltd.
