SSE: Handling of 17 cases of abnormal trading behavior in August, including 15 cases of self-trading exceeding limits.

On September 8, the Shanghai Futures Exchange announced the self-regulatory information for August 2025: In terms of managing abnormal trading behavior, 17 cases of abnormal trading behavior were dealt with, including 15 cases of self-trading exceeding the limit and 2 cases of large order cancellation exceeding the limit. All of these cases were handled by member units who notified the customers meeting the criteria for abnormal trading behavior in the member service system three times. In terms of identifying and investigating accounts with actual control relationships, 875 customers from 320 groups were identified for actual control relationships, and 33 customers from 16 groups were investigated for actual control relationships. The Shanghai Futures Exchange reminded traders to pay attention to compliance risks in daily trading and to properly report accounts with actual control relationships.
