The first Deep Space Economy and Industry Development Conference was held in Hefei, Anhui Province. This conference is of great significance as it not only proposes the concept framework of "deep space economy" for the first time, but also systematically outlines the ten major industrial directions of deep space economy. It is estimated that by 2040, the global deep space economy will reach trillions of dollars in scale. In the next 1-5 years, the aerospace industry will complete large-scale low-orbit Internet, navigation enhancement, and high-resolution Earth observation satellite constellation networking to provide the public with convenient, accurate, and stable space application services. In the next 5-10 years, the space industry will gradually expand from low orbit to medium to high orbit as well as deep space, promoting the continuous growth of the space economy and forming an industry scale through efficient use of space environment, large-scale development of space resources and energy.
