FAW Pentium completes over 8.5 billion yuan in capital increase.

According to the Beijing Property Rights Exchange, the capital increase project of FAW Pentium Automotive Co., Ltd. was completed on September 5. Jiangsu Yueda Automotive Group Co., Ltd. invested 1.71 billion yuan, while AgBank Financial Asset Investment Co., Ltd., China Telecom Corporation Limited, and Nanjing Horizon Information Technology Co., Ltd. invested 1 billion yuan, 500 million yuan, and 100 million yuan respectively. China First Automotive Co., Ltd. simultaneously increased its capital by 5.24 billion yuan. After the capital increase is completed, China FAW and FAW Equity Investment Co., Ltd. jointly hold 79.0394% of the shares. In this capital increase, FAW Pentium raised a total of 8.55 billion yuan, mainly for research and development of new energy technologies, upgrading of intelligent manufacturing, and construction of channel ecology.
