Fitness Champs primarily offers swimming courses for children and adults, as well as water sports courses such as water polo, competitive swimming, and lifeguard training. The company claims a market share of about 30% based on the number of bookings evaluated by Singapore's mandatory national program "SwimSafer," which is aimed at primary school students and focuses on water safety. Its revenue sources include school swimming courses, private swimming training, and water sports projects.
