Construction Bank (601939.SH) subsidiary plans to increase capital by 3 billion yuan to Jiangxin Shipping and Aviation to meet capital adequacy ratio requirements.

The Zhixin Finance and Economics APP reported that China Construction Bank (stock code: 601939.SH) announced that its fully-owned subsidiary, Jianxing Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (Jianxing Financial Leasing), plans to increase its capital by 3 billion yuan with its own funds to Jianxing Shipping and Aviation Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (Jianxing Shipping and Aviation) after the capital increase. Jianxing Jianxing Shipping and Aviation will still be a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Construction Bank (Jianxing Financial Leasing).
