Changfei Optic Fiber disclosed that Wuhan Changjiang Communication Industry Group Co., Ltd., which holds a 15.82% stake, plans to reduce its A-shares acquired before the company's IPO by no more than 1.1 million shares, accounting for 0.15% of the total share capital from September 26, 2025 to December 26, 2025 through centralized bidding.
