Announcement from Bominn Electronics Co., Ltd.: In order to meet the daily operation and business development funding needs of its holding subsidiary Bominn Electronics Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen, the company has provided joint liability guarantee for the 50 million yuan credit line applied by the subsidiary to China Bank Shenzhen Fuyong Branch. The guarantee is valid from September 4, 2025 to December 30, 2025. This guarantee does not require any counter-guarantee, and is within the expected quota. As of the announcement date, the total amount of external guarantees provided by the listed company and its holding subsidiaries is 3,274.028 million yuan, accounting for 76.86% of the latest audited net assets, with no overdue external guarantees. The board of directors believes that the risk of this guarantee is controllable, complies with regulations, and approves this guarantee.
