Wisdom Financial News APP News, Greater Bay Area Fusion Power (01189.HK) announced that the Board of Directors has announced and confirmed that Mr. Tan Songsheng and Dr. He Zewen have been appointed as directors of its subsidiary Shenyang Hotel Co., Ltd. (Shenyang Hotel) effective from April 17, 2023; Mr. Liu Meixuan has been appointed as a director of Shenyang Hotel, effective from January 2, 2025, to handle the company affairs of Shenyang Hotel and its subsidiary Shenyang Pearl Hotel Co., Ltd. registered in the People's Republic of China; and Mr. Leung Ka-kei will no longer serve as a director of Shenyang Hotel from October 20, 2024.
