New Spring Holdings announced that one of the actual controllers, Mr. Tang Zhihua, has successfully completed the procedure to release the pledge of 18 million shares to Yunnan International Trust Co., Ltd on September 3, 2025. This represents 33.33% of his total holdings and 3.69% of the company's total share capital. After this release, Mr. Tang Zhihua now holds a total of 54.0075 million shares in the company, accounting for 11.08% of the total shares, with no pledged shares currently.
