Hengli Group releases the pledge of 13.5 million shares of Hengli Petrochemical.

On September 3, 2025, Hengli Petrochemical Holdings' controlling shareholder, Hengli Group, completed the procedure to release the pledge of 13.5 million shares it held in the company, accounting for 0.64% of the shareholder's stake and 0.19% of the company's total share capital. Hengli Group and its concerted parties currently hold a total of 5.311 billion shares, accounting for 75.45%, with 1.805 billion shares pledged, representing 33.99% of their holdings and 25.65% of the company's total share capital. After the release of the pledge, Hengli Group still has 1.168 billion shares pledged, accounting for 55.60% of its holdings and 16.59% of the company's total share capital. The decision on whether to use the released pledged shares for subsequent pledge financing will be based on funding arrangements, and the company will continue to disclose relevant information.
