Shanghai Urban Construction successfully bid for the Shanghai Putuo Zhenru residential land at 5.24 billion yuan, with a premium of 12.79%.

The seventh batch of concentrated land parcels in Shanghai this year entered the on-site bidding stage on September 4. The five land parcels consist of a total of 9 sub-plots, with a total land area of 1.3993 million square meters and a planned construction area of 2.3715 million square meters, with a total starting price of 9.867 billion yuan. Among them, the W060401 unit A03B-04 and A03B-05 plots in Putuo District attracted three bidders to participate in the auction. After 68 rounds of bidding, Shanghai Construction Limited's subsidiary Shanghai Construction Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Ruiteng International Real Estate Co., Ltd. won the bid for the plot with a total price of 5.24 billion yuan, with a premium rate of 12.79% and a transaction floor price of 79,327 yuan per square meter.
