India issues final ruling on anti-dumping measures for elevators imported from China

According to the China Trade Remedy Information Network, on August 27th, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued a notice, making a final affirmative ruling on the anti-dumping investigation of T-type elevators/lifts guides and counterweight guides originating in or imported from China. It is recommended to impose a 5-year anti-dumping duty on the products involved from China based on the CIF value, with tax rates ranging from 24.11% to 51.87%. The Indian customs codes of the products involved are 84313100, 84313910, 84313990, and 73089090.
