On September 3rd, Yatai Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Unicom Jilin Branch. The two parties agreed on four aspects and twelve cooperation contents around core business and product industry chain. They will focus on promoting deep cooperation in the Internet hospital and green energy application scenarios, jointly exploring cooperation and development in new fields and formats such as digital medical platforms, health management, pharmaceutical e-commerce, and green low-carbon energy. On the same day, Yatai Group also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Sinopec Jilin Petroleum Branch. The signing parties will focus on resource integration and rapid implementation, prioritizing energy supply security, building materials supply, and integrated dual-brand retail channels. Meanwhile, they will deepen strategic cooperation in areas such as joint construction of charging facilities, professional construction general contracting services, and resource integration joint marketing by leveraging their respective channels and resource advantages.
