Report from the China Banking Association: Financial leasing companies have become the largest holders of domestic aircraft orders.

The China Banking Association has released the "Development Report of China's Financial Leasing Industry", which shows that by the end of 2024, the total number of financial leasing companies has reached 67, with total assets and leasing assets growing by 9.65% and 10.24% respectively, and direct leasing business seeing a significant increase of 52.73%. The industry's total profit and net profit increased by 13.36% and 13.79% respectively year-on-year, with a decrease in non-performing asset ratio. Aircraft and shipping businesses have become the pillars of the industry.
