Friendly Group: Urumqi Municipal SASAC will transfer the 100% equity of Uguo held by the Urumqi Municipal SASAC to Wucheng Investment without compensation.

Announcement of Friendly Group: The Urumqi State-owned Assets Management Committee will transfer 100% equity of Urumqi State-owned Assets Operation Co., Ltd. held by it to Urumqi Urban Construction Investment Co., Ltd. Before this equity change, Urumqi Urban Investment held 14.17 million shares of the company, accounting for 4.55% of the total share capital; Urumqi State-owned Assets Operation held 17.0067 million shares, accounting for 5.46% of the total share capital. After this equity change, Urumqi Urban Investment and Urumqi State-owned Assets Operation collectively hold 31.1767 million shares of the company, accounting for 10.01% of the total share capital, becoming the largest shareholder of the company. This equity change will not lead to any changes in the controlling shareholder or actual controller of the company.
