(referred to as "Construction Jianle") recently received the "Winning Bid Notice" issued by the tenderer Ningbo Chenghong Real Estate Co., Ltd. and the tender agent Dewey Engineering Management Consulting Co., Ltd. According to the "Winning Bid Notice" and the bidding documents, Construction Jianle won the bid for the third section of the JB15-06-17/20 plot in Jiangbei District, Ningbo, with a bid price of 729 million yuan and a construction period of 1100 calendar days.
