On September 2nd, at the 2025 second quarter financial report conference call, NIO's founder, chairman, and CEO, Li Bin, stated that the L90 will achieve a production capacity of 15,000 units in October. The new ES8 will reach a production capacity of 10,000 units in October and 15,000 units in December. Taking into account this year's demand and supply situation, the company's current goal is to achieve a monthly delivery volume of 50,000 units in the fourth quarter of this year. NIO's CFO, Qu Yu, stated that both the L90 and the new ES8 will achieve complete quarter deliveries in the fourth quarter, and the company's target for the vehicle gross margin in the fourth quarter is between 16% and 17% in order to achieve the goal of breaking even.
