On September 2, Securities Times reporter learned that Ctrip has issued a company-wide letter to further enhance the balance between employee work and life, and to create a culture of trust and self-drive. The company will use the product research and development sequence employees as a pilot to cancel the approval point of the direct supervisor when applying for mixed office, meaning that employees no longer need approval from the supervisor when applying for mixed office, and the application will be automatically approved after submission, with the supervisor being notified simultaneously. The company-wide letter shows that since the introduction of the relevant policies by Ctrip in 2022, mixed office has provided employees with a more flexible way of working, and as of now, 70% of employees have participated in working from home, accumulating around 640,000 person-times.
