CITIC Construction Investment: Downstream demand enters the traditional peak season, lithium prices have support.

The Research Report of CITIC Securities stated that in August, the domestic lithium carbonate production reached a new high, exceeding 85,000 tons, a month-on-month increase of 5% and a year-on-year increase of 39%. The production of lithium obtained from mica and salt lakes significantly decreased, while the production of lithium obtained from pegmatite increased significantly. With downstream demand entering the traditional peak season and showing positive trends, the lithium price is expected to be supported.
