Sinopharm Group Co., Ltd. (02096) plans to first sell 121 million existing shares and then issue new shares, raising approximately HK$15.535 billion.

The Financial Channel APP News reported that Sanpower Pharmaceutical Group (02096) announced on September 2, 2025 (before the trading session) that the company, the seller Simcere Pharmaceutical Holding Limited, and the placing agent entered into a placing and subscription agreement. Under this agreement, the seller intends to place 121 million shares of the company's sales shares through the placing agent, with a placing price of HK$12.95 per share; and the company intends to issue 121 million shares of subscribed shares to the seller, with a subscription price of HK$12.95 per share.
