Argentinian judge bans release of recording files in Carina Zampini scandal
The spokesperson for the Argentine President revealed that a federal judge has ordered the prohibition of the release of audio recordings involving Karina Milagro in the public bribery scandal. Karina is the sister of Argentine President Javier Milagro and also serves as the President's secretary. Journalist Mauro Federico from the local podcast channel "Carnival" has already released two short audio recordings of Karina on Friday, and mentioned that a longer recording will be released in the future. In one of the recordings, Karina calls for unity, while in another, she mentions the long hours she works. Previously, Federico has also released other recordings, allegedly including a former government official mentioning kickback issues related to national drug purchases, implicating Karina as well.
