On September 1st, Sihuan Pharmaceutical announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that in order to promote the deep application and industrialization of artificial intelligence technology (AI) in the research and development of medical aesthetics products, the Group has signed a framework agreement with Shenyuan Zhiyao Biological Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shenyuan Zhiyao"). The two parties will jointly establish an AI research and development company led by the Group to explore the development of new medical aesthetic products driven by AI. This move marks the Group's strategic layout in the "AI + medical aesthetics" innovation track entering a substantive stage.
