On September 1st, Sihuan Pharmaceutical announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that in order to promote the deep application and industrialization of artificial intelligence technology in the research and development of medical beauty products, the Group has signed a framework agreement with Shenzhen Yuanzhi Pharmaceutical Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The two parties will jointly establish an AI research and development company led by the Group to explore the development of new medical beauty products driven by AI. This move marks the Group's strategic layout in the "AI + medical beauty" innovation track entering a substantial stage.
