Zhito Finance APP reported that Si Huan Pharmaceuticals (00460.HK) announced that in order to promote the deep application and industrialization of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the research and development of medical beauty products, the group has signed a framework agreement with Shen Yuan Zhi Medicine Biotechnology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (Shen Yuan Zhi Medicine). The two parties will jointly establish an AI research and development company led by the group to explore AI-driven innovative medical beauty product development. This move signifies that the group's strategic layout in the "AI + medical beauty" innovation track has entered a substantive stage.
