14 organizations launch the "Hongmeng Talent Navigation Action Initiative".

The "New Scene, New Experience" HarmonyOS Ecological Conference 2025, organized by the Global IoT Alliance and hosted by HarmonyOS Ecological Services (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., was held in Shenzhen from August 30th to 31st. During the conference, 14 units from the production, education, research, and application sectors jointly launched the "HarmonyOS Talent Navigation Action Initiative", aimed at providing strong support for the continuous prosperity of the HarmonyOS ecosystem through building a standardized and scaled talent system. The units that jointly launched this initiative include: the Talent Exchange Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Student Services and Quality Development Center of the Ministry of Education, the Global IoT Alliance, People's Network Co., Ltd., Tongdao Recruitment Group, Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., ChinaSoft International Ltd., Pactera Technology International Ltd., Beijing Institute of Technology, Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University, Shenzhen Polytechnic University, China Software Valley Management Committee, National Engineering Excellence Practice Base, and National Blue Bridge Education Technology Co., Ltd. Data shows that Huawei has been continuously increasing investment in HarmonyOS talent development in recent years. Up to now, more than 400 universities have participated in HarmonyOS talent cultivation, over 6,100 companies have participated in HarmonyOS Ecological CollegeInnovation Training Camp, and the number of learners in HarmonyOS College has exceeded 7.32 million. Recently, Huawei also launched the "HarmonyOS Application Developer Incentive Program 2025" with a total prize money of over 100 million yuan to financially support developers and help them innovate on the HarmonyOS platform.
