Huawei's rotating chairman Xu Zhijun: HarmonyOS is still in the ecosystem introduction stage.

Huawei's rotating chairman Xu Zhijun stated at the "New Scenario, New Experience" HarmonyOS Ecological Conference 2025 that, for application developers, the HarmonyOS ecosystem has already reached tens of millions of device users, but is still in the ecosystem import stage. In response to this, Xu Zhijun issued five suggestions: firstly, accelerate the improvement of functionalities for HarmonyOS-enabled applications; secondly, accelerate the adaptation of internal applications for government and enterprise units; thirdly, encourage consumers to actively use HarmonyOS; fourthly, look forward to more chip manufacturers, hardware device manufacturers, software developers, and application developers actively joining the open-source HarmonyOS community; fifthly, look forward to collectively cultivating more ecosystem talents.
