Among them, Changguang Chenxin was required to provide supplementary explanations on equity structure, and the penetration of shareholder Zhuhai Yunchen. It is reported that on June 19, 2025, Changguang Chenxin submitted its listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CITIC Securities and Guotai Junan International serving as its joint sponsors.
