Guangsheng nonferrous metal: Guangdong Rare Earth Group plans to transfer 62.08 million shares for free to China Rare Earth Group.

Guangsheng Nonferrous Metal announced that its shareholder Guangdong Rare Earth Group intends to transfer its 62.0853 million shares of the company to China Rare Earth Group without any compensation. This transfer will not result in any change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller. The transfer of shares also requires the completion of share transfer procedures at the Shanghai branch of the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation.
