Tencent Finance News, Xintian Green Energy (00956.HK) announced that on August 27, 2025 (after trading hours), the company entered into a subscription agreement with Hebei Construction Investment to issue and distribute shares. Therefore, the company has agreed to issue and distribute, and Hebei Construction Investment has agreed to subscribe or designate a designated party of Hebei Construction Investment to subscribe for 307 million new H shares. The subscription price is 4.93 Hong Kong dollars per share, with a total price of 15.14 billion Hong Kong dollars in cash.
