Shenke Corporation announcement: Shenzhen Huili Hongsheng Industrial Holdings has issued a comprehensive offer to purchase at a price of 16.13 yuan per share to all shareholders except itself. The number of shares to be purchased in the offer is 86.5875 million shares, accounting for 57.73% of the total share capital of the company. The offer period is from July 29, 2025 to August 27, 2025. As of August 27, 2025, the offer period has expired and the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from August 28, 2025. The resumption of trading will depend on the announcement of the results of the offer.
