The iFast Financial app reported that CHEVALIER INT'L (00025) issued an announcement that Mr. Ho Chung Leung, the executive director of the company, will not seek re-election as a director at the shareholders' annual general meeting and will resign as an executive director of the company after the annual general meeting. Mr. Ho has confirmed that he has no disagreements with the board of directors and there is no need to seek shareholders' attention on his resignation. Therefore, he will no longer be a member of the executive committee.
