Central Plains Environmental Protection Announcement: Zhengzhou Zhitan Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary company of the company, as the leading entity of the consortium, has formed a consortium with China Electric Power Construction Group East China Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. and China Construction Electric Power Engineering (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., to invest in and construct the subsidiary company Zhengzhou Municipal Wastewater Purification Co., Ltd.'s new district sewage treatment plant electricity guarantee contract energy management project. The total estimated investment of the project is approximately 68.7991 million RMB, with funding sources from internal funds and self-raised funds. The project adopts a contract energy management model with a contract period of 29 years. During the contract period, Zhitan Company and the purification company will share electricity price benefits, and the contract will be handed over to the purification company upon expiration.
