Wisdom Financial APP news, YuZhou Group (01628.HK) announced that, following the extension of the maturity date, the Company has obtained the consent from the majority of qualified holders of short-term notes (who will receive approximately 96.35% of the total outstanding principal of short-term notes (before capitalization of accrued interest) on the effective date of the restructuring). It is recommended to amend the expected effective date to be shortly after the issuance of the short-term notes and the effective date of the restructuring.
