According to the company's statement, Fubon Hong Kong has signed a ten-year lease with Swire Properties to expand its office space in Taikoo Place. Fubon will consolidate its office space in Hong Kong, leasing a total of 330,000 square feet, making it the largest single office tenant in Taikoo Place. The Dah Sing Building at Taikoo Place will be renamed "Fubon Building" starting from January 1st next year and will serve as the headquarters of Fubon Hong Kong. This lease agreement includes both new leases and renewals involving 12 floors of the building. This is the largest office leasing transaction in Hong Kong so far this year.
