Data released by the Center for Property Research shows that in 2024, the average brand value of leading national property service companies was 121.45 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.78%; the average brand value of regional property service companies was 19.42 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.16%. Currently, property enterprises are facing many challenges, with operational pressures continuing to be prominent and profit margins being squeezed. In addition, the increasing diversity of customer demands is raising higher requirements for the "quality" and "value" of property services. In this context, building core competitiveness, creating brand influence, and becoming key strategic focal points for property enterprises to break through challenges and achieve sustainable development.
