The Supreme Court of Brazil has announced that former President Bolsonaro will be under 24-hour surveillance.

On August 26th, local time, Brazilian Federal Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes ordered the Federal District Police to begin 24-hour monitoring of former Brazilian President Bolsonaro. Moraes stated that Bolsonaro's son, Brazilian congressman Eduardo Bolsonaro, has been continuously trying to interfere in his father's trial process, and has escalated efforts to resist the Brazilian judicial system before the Supreme Court hearing.
