Shenke announced that Zhang Xinming, a director and vice general manager, holds 3.3509 million shares, accounting for 3.55% of the total share capital of the company. It is planned to reduce the holding by no more than 830,000 shares from September 17, 2025 to December 16, 2025 through centralized bidding or block trading, which is less than 0.88% of the total share capital of the company. The shares were obtained before the IPO, and the reduction price will be determined based on market price.
