The 25th Investment and Trade Fair had participation from 77 countries and regions jointly building the "Belt and Road."

This afternoon, the State Council Information Office held a press conference to introduce the situation of the 25th China International Fair for Investment and Trade. The relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Commerce introduced that this fair will continue to deeply connect with countries and regions along the "Belt and Road," and provide comprehensive assistance to expand bilateral economic and trade cooperation. It was reported that currently, 77 countries and regions participating in the "Belt and Road" initiative have confirmed their participation in the exhibition and conference. Countries like Azerbaijan, Cambodia, and Uzbekistan will organize high-level delegations to participate, while Serbia, Hungary, Slovenia, and Thailand will set up national pavilions. During this fair, activities such as the "Silk Road Maritime Cooperation" International Cooperation Forum, the Hainan International Central Law Zone Forum, and the "Silk Road Investment" Industrial Park Development Matchmaking Meeting will continue to be held to promote high-quality development and communication along the "Belt and Road." Ling Ji, Vice Minister of Commerce and Vice Representative of International Trade Negotiations, mentioned that this year's conference has enriched elements related to the "Belt and Road," such as setting up a special area for China's foreign investment cooperation to build a platform for cross-border investment cooperation and promote innovative development in investment cooperation with countries participating in the "Belt and Road" initiative.
