Zhongguancun Technology Leasing (01601.HK) has signed a financing lease agreement with Henan Baichuan Changyin Environmental Energy.

Wisdom Financial APP News, Zhongguancun Technology Leasing (01601.HK) announced that on August 25, 2025, the company, as the lessor, entered into a financing lease agreement II with the lessee II (Henan Baichuan Changyin Environmental Protection Energy Co., Ltd.). Accordingly, the lessor will purchase the leased assets II owned by the lessee II for a transfer price of RMB 30 million; and the lessor will lease back the leased assets II to the lessee II for a term of 36 months, with a total lease payment of approximately RMB 32.6195 million.
