At the mid-term performance meeting in 2025, Dongfeng Motor management stated that after completing the privatization of Dongfeng Group's shares, Dongfeng Motors plans to accelerate the professional integration, further clarify the strategic positioning and operational boundaries between various business segments, improve the governance structure ensuring rights, obligations, and benefits are equal, while continuously improving the strategic coordination mechanism across business segments, fully unleashing the efficiency of group-scale operations. Management also mentioned that there are currently no further capital operation plans for the company. On the evening of August 22, Dongfeng Group announced that its subsidiary Landtuo Automobile will launch on the Hong Kong stock market through an introduction listing, and Dongfeng Group will concurrently complete the privatization delisting process.
