Xi Diwei: The actual controller has been changed to TAO HAI and Tang Ya.

Xiai Micro announced that Ms. Dai Zuyu, one of the original actual controllers of the company, passed away. Her son, Mr. TAO HAI, inherited the 93.79 million shares she held before her death, accounting for 22.86% of the total share capital of the company. After the change, the actual controllers of the company are now Mr. TAO HAI and Ms. Tang Ya, collectively holding 39.32% of the company's shares. This equity change falls under the circumstances exempted from the obligation to issue a tender offer as stipulated in Article 63 of the "Management Measures for the Acquisition of Listed Companies".
