Boosted by the strong performance of Jiugui Liquor, the liquor sector rebounded significantly this week, with the Wind Liquor Index rising by as much as 6.28%, marking the highest weekly increase of the year. However, during the industry's surge, Kweichow Moutai's weekly increase was less than 1%, ranking at the bottom of the A-share brewing sector. The reporter noted that Kweichow Moutai's lagging performance is related to its current pressures of setbacks in high-end development, poor results of channel reform, and reduction in controlling shareholders' holdings. Despite the low industry sentiment, the liquor sector received close attention from investors this week due to factors such as obvious sector valuation advantages and the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival. Individual stocks such as Jiugui Liquor saw a weekly increase of 25.1%, standing out within the industry; *ST Yan Shi, Shede Winery, Gujing Gongjiu, and Zhenjiu Lidu also saw weekly increases of over 10%, with significant rebounds in stock prices. Additionally, Shuijingfang, *ST Yedao, Jinshiyuan, Yilite, and Jinzhongzi liquor all saw weekly increases of over 6%, outperforming the Wind Liquor Index.
