Guangxi: From January to July, the sales area of newly built residential properties increased by 5.7% year-on-year.
On August 22, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region introduced that in the first half of this year, Guangxi's real estate policy "combination boxing" has achieved positive results, with many indicators showing higher growth rates than the national average. By the end of June, the region had acquired 20,000 sets of existing commercial housing, driving the growth rate of commercial housing sales area in the whole region by 9.35 percentage points. By implementing "housing vouchers" placement, "purchasing instead of building", and the renovation of dilapidated houses "dismantling old and buying new", 400,000 square meters of existing commercial housing have been absorbed, and the region's commercial housing inventory has decreased by 21.1% compared to the same period last year. From January to July, the year-on-year growth rate of new commercial residential sales area in the whole region was 5.7%, exceeding the national growth rate by 9.8 percentage points, ranking 6th in the country in terms of growth rate.
