The full text is as follows: Currently, the water level in various river systems in the Haihe River Basin is stable. According to the relevant provisions of the "Haihe River Flood Control and Drought Resistance General Command Flood Emergency Response Plan" and the "Water Resources Department Haihe River Water Conservancy Commission Water and Drought Disaster Defense Emergency Response Work Regulations", after studying the situation, the Haihe River Defense Headquarters and the Haihe Commission have decided to terminate the Level IV flood emergency response and Level IV flood defense emergency response at 12:00 on August 23. Currently, the Haihe River Basin is still in the main flood season. The Haihe River Defense Headquarters and the Haihe Commission will continue to closely monitor changes in rainfall, organize various regions in the basin to carry out detailed and practical water and drought disaster defense work, and ensure flood control safety in the basin.
