CSRC approved Guosen Securities to become the major shareholder of Wanhe Securities.

The Securities Regulatory Commission's official website has released a reply on approving Guosen Securities Co., Ltd. to issue shares to purchase assets and approving the change of major shareholders and actual controllers of Wanhe Securities Co., Ltd. The Securities Regulatory Commission stated that it approved Guosen Securities to become the major shareholder of Wanhe Securities, and approved Shenzhen Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. to become the actual controller of Wanhe Securities. There is no objection to Guosen Securities acquiring 2,183,877,825 shares of Wanhe Securities through stock exchange.
