China Automotive Research: Will continue to carry out hydrogen energy measurement and testing capacity building around the development needs of the hydrogen energy vehicle industry.

According to the research from China Automotive Research, the State Administration for Market Regulation has recently approved the establishment of the National Hydrogen Energy Vehicle Industry Metrology Testing Center, relying on the China Automotive Research Institute of the China National Institute of Metrology. The aim is to enhance the core competitiveness of the automotive industry and strengthen the role of metrology in providing technical support and security for the hydrogen energy vehicle industry. Currently, China's hydrogen energy vehicle industry still faces key challenges such as the lack of metrology testing technology, insufficient on-site online metrology calibration capabilities, and lagging behind in the development of domestically produced testing equipment for the industry. China Automotive Research will continue to carry out capacity building in hydrogen energy metrology testing in line with the development needs of the hydrogen energy vehicle industry.
