China Huadian independently developed the "Huadian Ray Wing" domestic turbine first-stage dynamic blade hanging machine with a service life of over 2000 hours.

According to China Huadian Corporation, on August 21st, the first-stage moving blade of the "Huadian Ruiyi" F-class gas turbine developed independently by China Huadian has accumulated over 2000 hours of equivalent operation at the Jiangsu Huadian Qishuyan Power Generation Co., Ltd., setting a new record for the actual operating time of the domestically produced first-stage moving blades of the F-class heavy-duty gas turbine. The first-stage moving blade of the turbine is a key component of the hot end of the heavy-duty gas turbine, with large design difficulty, complex manufacturing process, and harsh operating environment. Its production involves core technologies such as high-temperature alloy material research and design, precise casting and processing.
