According to the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement, subscribers subscribed for and the company issued 136 million subscription shares at a subscription price of 0.0306 Hong Kong dollars per share, accounting for approximately 20% of the company's existing issued share capital before completion; and approximately 16.67% of the company's issued share capital after the issuance of the subscription shares.
